The Creativity Oasis in Al Khobar, empowered by Aramco in collaboration with Numou Education Center, is a community hub for innovation and hands-on learning, focused on building digital and technical skills in areas like AI and STEAM.

Building on a strategic partnership launched at the Human Capability Initiative Conference 2025, the initiative aims to empower over 60,000 beneficiaries by 2028 while fostering creativity, exploration, and future-ready skills across all age groups.
